Procedure

Everyone has the right to request the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or any of their elements. If an entity refuses to comply with a request to provide accessibility or alternative access to information, a complaint may be filed against such action.

After exhausting all possibilities, the complaint can also be sent to the Commissioner for Human Rights.
